EHVCG 2026

50% Grant
UP TO
$30000
About EHVCG
-
Save 50% on Upfront Costs: The government will co-fund up to 50% of your charger installation costs (capped at $30,000 per charger). This covers the charger hardware, Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) fees, and cabling costs.

-
Strictly Limited to 500 Chargers: This is an exclusive incentive for early adopters. The grant is capped at 500 chargers islandwide, meaning the quota is dropping fast. Hesitation means missing out.

-
Built for Heavy Commercial Fleets: Say goodbye to slow AC charging. Transition your heavy vehicles to electric with pure DC fast-charging power to cut downtime and boost operational efficiency.

For more information, please refer to the LTA official website.
Who Can Apply
New Vehicle Registration: You must register a new electric heavy vehicle (eHV) between 1 Jan 2026 and 31 Dec 2028 for each co-funded charger.
Site & Lot Specifications: The charger must be installed at your place of business (e.g., HQ, client site, or heavy vehicle park) on a designated lorry or coach lot (minimum 7.5m x 3m for angled parking, or 9.0m x 3.0m for parallel parking).
Hardware Standards: You must install a "Smart Charger" with a power rating of at least 50kW, capable of monitoring energy consumption and utilizing Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP 1.6 or above).
